Booking Conditions and Information
1. All prices quoted in this brochure are inclusive of accommodation (where applicable), meals, on-site activities and entrance costs to external activities (where selected) and any necessary transportation thereto. A supplement is payable for extra courses or activities only as defined in this brochure. All prices shown are also inclusive of VAT calculated under the Tour Operators Margin Scheme. Due to this special VAT scheme we are unable to issue invoices showing an exact VAT breakdown and customers will not be able to reclaim VAT against charges from Kids Klub.

2. Bookings are valid only with receipt of the appropriate deposit and subsequent confirmation from Kids Klub

3. Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the holiday commencing. All monies are held in a Client Trust Account, which means your money is protected, in accordance with the EC Package Travel directive, until the holiday has been completed.

4. If you make a booking within eight weeks of the commencement date of your holiday then payment must be made in full at the time of the booking.

5. Any alterations or additions to your booking with Kids Klub may be made in writing or by telephoning (01449) 742700. Kids Klub reserves the right to make an administration charge in such circumstances.

6. Should the VAT regulations change after the time of going to press Kids Klub reserves the right to surcharge or refund the consequent price difference.

7. Any bank charges must be met by the person responsible for the booking. Overseas bank account holders are advised to pay using a credit card or the Chaps/Swift automated bank transfer systems. In the latter case a charge of £7 should be added to the Kids Klub invoice balance. Overseas customers should note that the bank costs associated with cashing a cheque written in any foreign currency are prohibitively high and are therefore unacceptable as full or part payment.

8. The law governing the contract between Klub Group Ltd trading as Kids Klub and the person responsible for booking is the law governing England and Wales. The contract is deemed to have been made at the Klub Group Ltd, First Floor, Unit 12 Charles Industrial Estate, Stowmarket, Suffolk.

9. Programmes are subject to alteration for reasons of safety or inclement weather. We always provide a suitable replacement in such circumstances.

10. If we have to make a major change to your holiday, we will offer a suitable alternative if available, or 100% refund, if we are not able, in our opinion, to offer an alternative that is sufficiently comparable. Compensation will be paid as below if we have to make a major change to your holiday within 8 weeks of holiday commencement, unless the change is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, riot, civil commotion, act of God, industrial dispute, Government action, epidemic disease, adverse weather or natural disaster.
56 to 29 days............................... 10% of holiday price
28 to 15 days............................... 15% of holiday price
14 days or less.............................. 25% of holiday price

11. We reserve the right to terminate a child's stay at any time in the interests of Kids Klub, the other guests, or the child concerned. In such circumstances, any refund is at the discretion of the Directors.

12. We also reserve the right to charge the parent/guardian for any damages/breakages that the child is deemed to have caused not as a result of an accident

13. The person responsible for booking may cancel the holiday prior to its commencement. If you have not taken advantage of the insurance policy then the following charges will be applied:
More than 56 days before the commencement date:.deposit only
55 to 29 days:.............................. 40% of total holiday cost
28 to 15 days:.............................. 60% of total holiday cost
14 to 1 day:................................. 100% of total holiday cost

14. Kids Klub caries all legally required insurance affecting its customers and employees. These include public liability protection to the value of £10 million.
